One thing becomes clear very quickly, in this studio it is very important that you train properly. Whether on the equipment, in the courses or when training without equipment, attention is paid to correct execution. If you want to relax a little after training, you can do so in the sauna or simply have a drink at the bar and chat with others. In short: competent & friendly trainers. The studio and equipment are clean and well maintained.

Mit Lorena Höhne habe ich meinen Trainingsplan erstellt. Die Erfolge habe ich nach kurzer Zeit gespürt. Sie war immer für Fragen auch nach dem Termin für mich da. Particularly noteworthy is the head of medical training therapy (MTT). Knowledgeable and full of ideas, he finds the right training method for the individual illness, even for problem cases. It helped me a lot. Since it is more of a smaller studio, a family atmosphere quickly emerges, at some point you know many of the other customers and also all of the supervisors. The familiar atmosphere helps me a lot to visit the studio regularly in the long term and to stick with it.
