We found the pleasant atmosphere of the quite small, but clean and tidy studios to be pleasant and informal. After registering, we made an appointment to create a training plan. We both had this with the very nice and competent trainer Dennis. He carried out a body analysis, found out about the training goals and gave valuable tips on designing a training plan. Fantastische Erfahrung: This is a great studio for beginners. This week I registered for a trial session in Gräfenhausen and was warmly welcomed and looked after by Coach Tom. As soon as the contract was signed, an appointment was made for the first training session. Here, too, I was warmly welcomed by Tom and the support was top-notch again. I personally liked the fact that they asked me about my goals and then adjusted the training plan accordingly, but above all that coach Tom took the time to explain the equipment to me, to answer my questions and also to see that I didn't wrong training, even though the studio was really busy that day. This shows that he puts his heart and soul into his job. That is really commendable.
