Fantastische Erfahrung: Family atmosphere and motivation to the power of 10! So fun in the team, what more could you want! * At this point I would like to update my rating *, because I've been a member for almost a year now and I've never been as regular as this year! I have been to 3 different studios in Lüdenscheid in the last 12 years. In one of them I met the best trainers I know. When they went into business for themselves with their own studio, I knew I would follow them. It's my third (and last) studio and it's so different from what you already know! Here I have arrived, here I am staying. Really, I hardly have the right words for it. But if you enjoy doing sports so much that you can hardly wait for the days to go to the next course even after the last course, it says it all! Thank you for your motivation, your strength and your warmth!

We trainers are very happy about your great reviews here as well as any praise and suggestions on site, with us in the FFL, during training !!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Just a super great course studio in a family, friendly and colorful atmosphere. The name "FitFam" says it all. You come in and feel right at home. Every single trainer is highly qualified and understands a lot about his job and does it with a lot of passion and dedication. Sport is really fun here. I always like to come here (despite a completely different place of residence and thus connected with a long journey).

The trainers are very motivated and above all qualified, they correct and give valuable tips, because it makes it really fun to train Success and calorie burning guaranteed! Even before and after training, there are good discussions, healthy snacks and drinks. Oh yes drinks are also included for each course! The atmosphere is just great, even among the exercisers. A course studio with ❤No contract, absolutely fair prices .... better is not in my opinion

Fantastische Erfahrung: The studio is open, friendly and colorful, the area is equipped with a stage, which allows anyone exercising to have a good view of the trainer and facilitate the execution of the exercises. The coaches and owners are open and welcoming. All in all, it is fun to train and the value for money is more than ok. I think there is something for every purse
