Fantastische Erfahrung: In my opinion the best studio of this kind. One is not only one of many, one is personally and competently looked after in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for EMA or EMS training in Berlin, you should definitely stop by here. I do not want to miss working out under power and personal training at really moderate prices. Anyone who has been skeptical about EMS training or is looking for a fitness alternative should just try it out. From me there is the full score for the formwork in Berlin-Hermsdorf.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Class EMS training at the Amplitrain! I am also in the formwork in Berlin Reinickendorf and can only recommend this EMS studio. I do not want to miss the personal training anymore. The coaches and instructors are always in a good mood and manage to motivate you. The competent nutritional support also helped me. You can not make a better and more effective 20 to 40 minutes during the week on a sporting level. No comparison to those over-tired (women's) fitness centers that are now on every corner, here you are not just one among many. Highly recommended.

Richards Studio was the 2nd studio I tested - I didn't even need to visit the 3rd. Richard's enthusiasm "picked me up" right away. You can tell right away that he loves what he does. Fantastische Erfahrung: Top team, great training! I am really enthusiastic about EMS training as well as functional training. I got there with a lot of excess weight and various aches. After a month I noticed improvement and a couple of months of heavy weight loss! I learned to eat more consciously and to put my body to the limit with the team! Fearing that some of the exercises would not be possible with weight, fun and joy became sport! Thanks to the mega team and for many more years!
