Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am absolutely convinced of Mrs.Sporty's concept of how to train. In addition, the support is top-notch, there are regular trainer talks, during the opening hours the trainers present correct women in terms of posture and implementation of the exercises. There are regular challenges that can motivate, information on current topics. In addition, water is available for free in this studio and there is a children's area (with toys and video player). They could only introduce the SMS service as a reminder of the trainer talk.
