Fantastisches Erlebnis: We feel very comfortable in the gym. We're not 20 anymore and it's not about pumping, but much more I have to do something for my mobility and my husband for his fitness. I go to rehab sports, my husband uses the gym to train. It's a small studio and is technically in no way inferior to the larger devices. The trainers still have time to advise, correct and explain. Whether it's rehab sports in a group or training on the equipment, there's always a trainer on site, which makes the whole thing very personable. There is an extensive range of rehabilitation sports, back training, Feldenkreis, yoga, training on the equipment inside and outside, sauna, etc... We use the studio twice a week, which is sufficient for us because we also like to go by bike or on foot . We love the pleasant atmosphere and since it is in the residential area it is perfect for us. The trainers are all well trained, and your posture is also corrected during rehabilitation. So you feel safe and after about half a year you can feel that you are feeling better personally. A thousand thanks to the team...
