Fantastische Erfahrung: Sport Aktiv is an all-round great fitness and health studio with a family and warm atmosphere! Sympathetic and competent trainers ensure professional support and deal with each member individually. Nutritional advice is also offered, as well as a wide range of courses (stomach, legs, buttocks, back fitness, Pilates, yoga, etc.). The wellness area is generously designed with several saunas, a swimming pool and a relaxation room to relax. I can only recommend Sport Aktiv Kellinghusen to everyone who wants to do something good for their health! :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been there since September and I'm completely satisfied. Super nice trainers, always open to questions and well thought-out, coordinated training plans. The equipment is varied and always well maintained. And the swimming pool with sauna is just great. All in all nothing to complain about, full marks and definitely recommended.

Positive Erfahrung: Gutes Fitnessstudio mit freundlichem Personal. Ich war bereits schon in anderen Studios, jedoch hat mir keins so gut gefallen wie das Sport aktiv. Nicht nur im Bereich Fitness, sondern auch im Bereich Welness / Entspannung ist das Sport aktiv ein guter Ort um von Alltag rauszukommen . Meines Empfinden ist es jedoch für die jüngeren Gäste zu Teuer….

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tried various studios for almost 20 years but never found such a variety of possibilities (equipment, courses, stretching area, saunas, pool, great yoga room, rehab sports, physiotherapy, cosmetics, delicious coffee) under one roof. The whole thing is topped by a very attentive, helpful and cheerful team. I have the impression that the customers feel very comfortable and so naturally a family atmosphere builds up that invites you to chat. Finally a studio where "seeing and being seen" doesn't seem to be the top priority of the members. Super pleasant!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can only recommend this gym and wellness area! Apart from a few small interruptions, I've been here for about 21 years and I've always been very satisfied. You are always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. The staff is very competent. Here you are still properly looked after! The range of facilities and fitness equipment is very diverse and the membership fees are reasonable! The Corona time is well organized! There are different areas that are separated from each other and can be reserved via an app. Two people are allowed to train there. There are disinfectants everywhere. A lot of effort is made! Fantastische Erfahrung: Best gym far and wide! Here you can get everything you need. As an amateur, you get competent and friendly trainers, an individual nutrition and fitness plan. For experienced fitness people, good and varied equipment is available (which can of course also be used by amateurs.) The people who go in and out here are nice and definitely a different audience than in the cheap gyms.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I used to be in studios of chains that are more about who has the best Instagram body than about sport and exercise. See and be seen is the motto there. It's completely different here. You are treated humanely and do not feel uncomfortable with an athletic person training next to you. Furthermore, you will not be looked at if you have a few pounds too much on your ribs. The hygiene concept has also been and is being implemented very well. The trainers and the owner of the studio are all friendly and courteous. The studio itself has good transport connections and plenty of parking spaces and is equipped with a sufficient number of lockers in the changing rooms so that you can lock away your valuables carefree. The devices look neat and reasonable. In addition to an area for strength equipment and the so-called Technogym, there are also areas of endurance, stretching and circuit training (Milon circuit). There is something for every training level. No matter if you are a beginner or a professional. There are also plenty of courses on offer, but I haven't used them yet, so I can't say much about them. The pool cannot be compared to a swimming pool. Of course, it is much smaller and does not have jumping towers or anything else, which is also not necessary in a fitness studio and can hardly be expected. However, there are a large number of massage jets and a counter-current system in the pool. And if that's not enough, there is also a sauna available for you. A separate entrance from the changing rooms to the pool and the sauna make walking in a bikini even more pleasant and make the stay in the active sport even more relaxed. I am very satisfied and am also looking forward to my body check, which has not yet taken place due to the pandemic. In summary, if you are looking for a very good and pleasant studio, if you are willing to spend a few euros more on your health and if you want to get out of the "Oh, I can still go training next week", this is the place for you .

Fantastische Erfahrung: There is a very friendly atmosphere among the team and in the whole studio. The care is professional and you get a regular check-up with an individual training plan. All equipment is available for optimal training. There is also a separate area with various devices for stretching. Those who are interested: there are also various courses on offer. All in all, there is an offer for every need and the monthly costs as a member are absolutely reasonable. I particularly like the associated sauna area with two saunas (there is also a swimming pool). The main sauna is relatively new and in great condition. The herbal sauna is also in good condition and relaxed with pleasant scents. Everything here is a bit more personal than in one of the well-known chains, but that's exactly what I like. The owner always goes out of his way to ensure that all members feel comfortable. All in all a great shop and can only be recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was looking for a gym where you feel good, where personal advice is important and where people are pleasant to deal with. You can find it all here! You are greeted with a smile by everyone, you experience great, detailed, competent and very personable advice and introduction. Questions are very welcome and time is taken to answer them. Training plans, nutritional analyzes as well as endurance and strength tests are practically the starter package - so you can find out right at the beginning what your physical and health status is. There are a huge number of different devices out there, as well as a great stretch range. I can really recommend this studio in all aspects, both in terms of sport and choice as well as the human aspect!
