That might sound like the two of them would pay me for the assessment, but since I've been here I've been in the mood for training in the evening. I started when I was 38 and anyone who is thinking of doing martial arts should definitely take a look at this. To be recommended unconditionally! Timo and Boy, keep it up.

I have the comparison to other dojos and I am 100% convinced and enthusiastic about the concept. Fantastische Erfahrung: My children have been training there for some time. We have long been looking for a hobby for children where everything fits. We have been to many sports clubs that are run on a voluntary basis. I.e. Trainers were sick and could not be represented, there was training in different rooms that were rented. Communication was always bumpy because the volunteers naturally have a normal job and had to look after themselves in their free time. Unfortunately, the children often didn't feel well. Here the children were carried away from day one. We came for a trial session and the Seinsei knew the children's names straight away. Anyone who has children knows how important it is that the children feel comfortable. The children had a really good connection to everyone in the team. Lessons have never been canceled, plus great promotions and events. In Coronazeit the program was continued online and further expanded. I.e. the children could train even more and could stay with it. Finally the dojos were allowed to open again and the hygiene concept is conclusive and feasible for the children. Based on personal communication, you can watch videos online and do not have a complete overview. So if you are thinking that you want to start as an adult or your children, then only here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After my kids had been enthusiastically training at LEMMENS for a year, I (at almost 50 years old) signed up for martial arts for the first time in my life. I've been here for almost 18 months now and can say: I've never regretted it for a second! This sport is top: endurance, strength, coordination, courage and self-confidence - this is taught in the LEMMENS MARTIAL ARTS ACADAMY in Kaltenkirchen in the best quality, individually adapted and always at an appropriate level. Our senseis (trainers) are the best I have ever experienced in the field of sports and fitness. Great speech, always motivating, always open to questions, worries or a joke. I swore to myself: I'll pull it through to the black belt. And I am sure that I can do it thanks to the fantastic support of coaches and fellow athletes. Speaking of which: the people you train with are super nice people with whom you can have a lot of fun and from whom you can learn a lot. Fantastische Erfahrung: In March 2017, I came to the Academy with my two children for the first open house. Right from the start, we had the feeling of "coming home" and I registered all three of them directly for Kadgamala Karate without trial training. My gut feeling did not deceive me and we have no regrets! Not only do we have incredible fun in sport and with our senseis professional and very good teachers, the development of my children is also impressive. Even at my age, I developed a personal inner attitude for which I am very grateful. It is really a sport for body, mind and soul and you have people at your side who are family, friends, partners and teachers at the same time . Everyone should get to know this attitude to life!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have not done any sports for as long as the Cardio Kickboxing at the Lemmens Martial Arts Academy Kaltenkirchen. Week after week you are brought to your limits with professional training and can celebrate further success in the week afterwards. The Timo and Boy trainers approach all students and see that the exercises are done properly. Although training in a group, it usually feels like a personal training. The best thing in my opinion is that despite the athletic performance in the foreground, the fun and the good mood do not take a back seat. Another noteworthy point is the variety of events. Also for fitness enthusiastic the no physical contact, there is a top program. The instructors always strive to guide you on your way to your own personal success! Through the Lemmens Martial Arts Academy, I have found my greatest passion and many of my dreams have emerged here. Some of them I have been able to realize with the help of Sensei, which I probably never would have done alone. Clear recommendation and a thick Osu!
