Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can 100% recommend the EMS Lounge in Kelkheim. Everything is just right here and everyone who is looking for individual training tailored to their needs is in the best of hands here. The time required of 20 minutes per week is so small that you can do the training even if you are full-time employed. The trainers are super motivated, well trained and everyone is really nice. It's easy for you to keep up the training. I really love going there and don't want to miss an hour. 5 stars from me - everything great!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been doing this workout since Nov 2021 and I'm already seeing improvements in my back. The training is very intense, but fun and 20 minutes goes by very quickly. The space is very well maintained at all levels and all the trainers are very friendly and professional. I feel very well looked after!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: With full conviction I can only emphasize how effective the training at EMS Lounge Kelkheim is. As a mother of two with a weak abdominal culture, I see and feel results. Even after three months of training, I developed two rows of "washboard belly" on the upper abdominal muscles. Since I don't have much time for sports, the results of my 20 minutes are impressive. After the EMS training, I am positively charged, in a floating state of mind and very satisfied with the great physical result.

After a little over 1 year of training, I can draw a super positive summary. No more back pain, straighter posture and the muscles also grow. The team is extremely professional, competent and friendly. In addition to the very good atmosphere, you get a training program that is individually tailored to your needs, with personal support. Already after four weeks there was a noticeable build-up of muscles and an equally noticeable weight reduction. My previously limited mobility in the shoulder also shows a clear improvement. EMS training is efficient and fun. I can recommend it to everyone.
