Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training in Gefiz since 2011 and can only report good things. My problems from back then have long been a thing of the past. Nevertheless, I like to continue preventive training there. Professional support from the "trainer team" is added to a pleasant atmosphere with nice like-minded people.

The advice as well as the instruction in the devices is individual, a professional supervisor is during the training always in call width. The positive effects on musculature and agility speak for themselves and the nice, friendly atmosphere makes it easy to continue and "stay on the ball" regularly.

The physiotherapeutic instructions helped me a lot, especially at the beginning of my training, and I find it a great advantage to get professional help at all times.
