Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training in Gefiz since 2011 and can only report good things. My problems from back then have long been a thing of the past. Nevertheless, I like to continue preventive training there. Professional support from the "trainer team" is added to a pleasant atmosphere with nice like-minded people.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: If you are looking for a smaller studio with a personal touch, this is the place for you. After two years of membership, I still enjoy going to training. The advice as well as the instruction in the devices is individual, a professional supervisor is during the training always in call width. The positive effects on musculature and agility speak for themselves and the nice, friendly atmosphere makes it easy to continue and "stay on the ball" regularly.

The physiotherapeutic instructions helped me a lot, especially at the beginning of my training, and I find it a great advantage to get professional help at all times. I have never felt as efficient as training in any other gym. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is always friendly!
