The yoga teacher manages to get me out of my everyday stress with her friendly, level-headed and calm manner and also to give me spiritual food for thought again and again. It starts with professionalism, goes through cordiality and empathy, interest, comfort and reliability and ends with 100% coherence. The hours are varied and lovingly designed, not intrusive, with relaxing music in a wonderful atmosphere. The exercises are very good and are just right for stretching and training and doing the body good. You will find peace there, you can completely relax and broaden your horizons. The lessons take place several times a week, so there is something for everyone. The online hours also work wonderfully and are a great solution in times of the pandemic. Thank you for this great experience with a beautiful yoga center and a very personable Sabine.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Ich bin unheimlich froh dieses Yoga-Zentrum mit der tollsten Yoga-Lehrerin gefunden zu haben. Es beginnt mit Professionalität, geht über Herzlichkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen, Interesse, Gemütlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit und schließt mit 100% Stimmigkeit. Die Stunden sind abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet, nicht aufdringlich, mit entspannender Musik in einer wunderbaren Atmosphäre. Die Übungen tun sehr gut und sind genau richtig um sich zu dehnen und zu trainieren und dem Körper Gutes zu tun. Man findet dort seine Ruhe wieder, kann sich vollkommen entspannen und zudem seinen Horizont erweitern. Die Stunden finden mehrmals in der Woche statt und somit ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch die Online-Stunden funktionieren wunderbar und sind in Zeiten der Pandemie einer super Lösung. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung mit einem wunderschönen Yoga-Zentrum und einer sehr sympathischen Sabine.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Highly recommended, I would even give it more than 5 stars. Sabine is a wonderfully warm-hearted and professional yoga teacher. As soon as you step into the small, pretty studio, a warm, good karma envelops you. So if you want to do something for your body and soul, you should definitely try Kundalini Yoga - it's worth it!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: For me personally, everything I dedicate myself to should have a meaning, preferably a higher one :) Kundalini Yoga is not primarily about shaping the body or becoming more flexible, but about much more, deeper, more meaningful (please don't confuse what I am describing is also included) - it's about recognizing, tying up, becoming aware, not only getting strong legs and physically fit body but also strong nerves, balance in everyday life, development on all levels at the same time, that's that Fulfillment for me. I can still remember very well when I wanted to do some quick shopping after the yoga class with Sabine in the evening, I had to stand in line for a long time, I felt the energy that surrounded me, the balance and the satisfaction at the moment, that's it What this form of practice gives us, arrived at the moment totally satisfied and without any wishes :) Imagine that everyone would at least feel around us and act accordingly :) Try it, you will not regret it, you will just want more: )

Fantastisches Erlebnis: We like that yoga is practiced here as a philosophy of life. It teaches what is lived. Very pleasant atmosphere in the studio and very empathic, facing owner.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The 1.5 hours have passed in flight, unfortunately you had to return to everyday life from total relaxation. Sabine is a very empathetic person and helps you to find your balance with your yoga exercises, relaxation exercises and meditation. You should definitely test it. Thanks Sabine.

Even my husband, I was persuaded to come along, and he has remained with enthusiasm. And Kundalini Yoga is the best way for me, after a stressful day, to find the balance and stay in the :-)))
