In this case, however, it is not just a sports loft, but a family that welcomes you, that drives you and that supports you. The personal streak of Steffi and Kevin means that you always start with a laugh and (depending on the training hardness) also end with a laugh. Success comes when you believe in yourself - and these successes are also suggested to you. I like going there, I like to exercise and I have lost 8 kg with 130kg on the scales, my fitness level has improved significantly and my diet has also been completely changed. Thank you

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The Sport Loft has far exceeded all my expectations of a "fitness studio"! The courses are very demanding and very individual - there is a risk of addiction ;-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The Sport Loft pays attention to quality and sustainability in every respect. The owners Steffi and Kevin take an enormous amount of time for training planning so that each member can take as much as possible with them from the training regardless of their fitness level. Here, training takes place in small groups of a maximum of 8 people, which is why every participant can be optimally observed and coached. The courses in the Sportloft cover a wide range of tastes and focuses, from weightlifting to yoga, for example. Once you've been here, you won't be able to leave that quickly!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Get out of the comfort zone, into the adventure Whether athletic training (strength / endurance mix), oxygen (interval), small group training, outdoor or personal training, it remains varied, exhausting and demanding. Always new exercises and challenges, no matter what level. Also sports newcomers or re-entrants is offered here a lot, due to the permanent care since you never put on your own and thus top advice with the two.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The training of Steffi and Kevin is always great! The units are very motivating and you get help or advice if the exercises are not carried out correctly. Since the courses are kept very small, the trainers also have the opportunity to respond to the course participants. Top studio without mass processing!

Steffi and Kevin summarize the different demands of the members in a wide range of small groups, so that all training areas are optimally covered. Everyone has the opportunity to pursue their individual goals, which are regularly discussed in personal discussions. Due to the super motivating and authentic nature of the two, training in the loft is twice as fun.
