Fantastische Erfahrung: Competent, nice team! And yes, this type of fitness has its price. But for me, as an older sports gruff, the best alternative to muscle maintenance.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I confess: I prefer sports studios from the outside rather than the inside. Why? It's not because of the lovingly furnished studios with the nice trainers and the fair prices - it's me. I don't like to move. Exercise twice a week makes perfect sense, but I can't do it. The alternative: no sport. Great. So I was curious to get to know the Kronberg body shape concept without obligation. I'll make it short: great personal trainer, power surges absolutely painless, 20 minutes a week, what is done for all muscle groups and down to the deepest muscle layers and that under supervision. This is mine!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Just do it! Sport and exercise are important and fun, but every day and for hours - that's not for me. So far I have done similar endurance training for years, but have not achieved any notable success. That's why I registered with the EMS Body Forms Studio in Kronberg. I can set up 20 minutes of intensive training per week and I am amazed how long this lasts. The personal trainers are nice and motivating (sometimes challenging) but they will help you ;-)! In addition, with a change in diet, I have now managed to lose 15 kg within 10 weeks. There is simply nothing good unless you do it. So just do it. TOP, thank you very much!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Due to a very complicated fracture of my lower leg, normal training was only partially possible. Through EMS training for Kronberg body types, I have been able to build up 1 kg of muscle on the damaged leg for about 7 months and thus have a much better feeling in everyday life.
