Fantastische Erfahrung: Great training. Very good equipped gym. Have been doing KS for 14 years and have only seen a few gyms in the area that offer this! Large mat area with cage and separate boxing ring, enough sandbags and boxing pears. Changing facilities and showers on site. Was important to me ... because I have to go straight to work afterwards. So everything that makes the fighter's heart beat faster .. very cool to roll or rafters. Very good training partners so far. Owner and also one of the trainers very personable and competent! No one who only teaches but actually actively fights ... was a decisive criterion for me. Do not otherwise give 5 stars but so far I am really satisfied. There is also a dumbbell area with a tower and bench for karting. VERY GEIL trial training completed enthusiastic be a full member yesterday ... clear recommendation

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very large and good offer of courses! :) The grappling, MMA and kickboxing training are my absolute favorites. And the fitness area is really great! Where the 1 star rating comes from, I honestly can not understand. Train there for a long time and would not know what only 1 star would justify.
