Fantastisches Erlebnis: This martial arts school encourages the children and strengthens their self-confidence enormously. The training is great and so are the trainers! My two daughters train there enthusiastically, motivated and successfully and are proud to be part of the PFL family. You can just feel good here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been in the club since the beginning of the year (2022), I was warmly welcomed. The trainers know what they are doing and are excellently trained. You can attend courses that are instructive and challenging almost every day. The members are openly helpful and personable, which I also like very much, that there is a large cross-section of society and that everyone trains harmoniously with one another! Highly recommended!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was there when the martial arts school was still in the settler hall. This enabled me to experience the great development that the school and the trainers made. Marcello and Linda (I can only judge Muay Thai and the circuit training) live for the sport and put so much time and energy into the club, and you notice that with every training. Marcello is more competitive, international referee, has appeared on TV and used to fight himself. I don't think there is anyone around who can present a more impressive portfolio. Linda, on the other hand (also a Muay Thai trainer), is focused on the fitness courses. I always find it amazing how much she can tailor the training to the participants who are present and at the same time keep an eye on, correct and motivate everyone, no matter what fitness level you are at. And when there is no class, you can see them continue training. Both impressive personalities who never tire of further education, of advancing martial arts itself and who keep improving. Clear recommendation for everyone in the area who is interested in Muay Thai, Mma / Bjj, boxing, or fitness (Crosspower and Functional Circle). Anyone who takes part here no longer needs (and doesn't want) a fitness studio.

Everything is explained to the kids in peace so that everyone can implement it and the trainer has the necessary patience and perseverance to bring the children closer to Muay Thai! I am thrilled with how much passion the children are trained here!

The training is exhausting and demanding and you notice how you gradually make good progress thanks to the good tips of the trainers. It is indescribable how the coaching staff endeavors to be there for its students even in times of crisis and to motivate them. The head of the school, Mr. Marcello Lombardi, who is not only a trainer but also a Muay Thai judge, has achieved a very good name internationally and is happy to pass on his knowledge to all interested parties. If you want to learn more about this great sport or just want to keep fit, this is the place for you! Hygiene in the corona giant is currently being implemented 100% with the hygiene plan so that training can take place again. I can only recommend this school to everyone!
