The training is exhausting - but therefore also good and very effective and always adapted to the level of performance of the participants - and every time different. The opportunity to take flexible courses completes the modern and professional program.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been there for almost 2 years and got to know Pilates in many facets and sling training in similar variations. If you are looking for a flexible way to enjoy yourself in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere and still relax, this is the place for you. A 45-minute highly concentrated workout is usually followed by a brief relaxation session. The training is never "off the rack", physical impairments of the participants are inquired beforehand and considered in the training. A timetable partly self-designed "timetable" also allows the time-bound among us to participate in regular trainings. I would highly recommend anyone looking for individual training to visit the gymnasium!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Belly buggy Go - just do it well! Soon the swan pond will be open again and then there will be Mamisport in the fresh air in Gießen. You are motivated with a good mood and with the other moms it is just great fun and time flies by. I can only recommend Mamifitness. The trainers are well trained and know which exercises are appropriate for the pelvic floor, back and co. Here you can feel safe to get no long-term damage through incorrect exercises.
