Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been there for almost 2 years and got to know Pilates in many facets and sling training in similar variations. If you are looking for a flexible way to enjoy yourself in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere and still relax, this is the place for you. A 45-minute highly concentrated workout is usually followed by a brief relaxation session. The training is never "off the rack", physical impairments of the participants are inquired beforehand and considered in the training. A timetable partly self-designed "timetable" also allows the time-bound among us to participate in regular trainings. I would highly recommend anyone looking for individual training to visit the gymnasium!

The training is exhausting - but therefore also good and very effective and always adapted to the level of performance of the participants - and every time different.
