Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice studio, not overcrowded, there is a lot of new equipment but also a nice older piece of jewelry here and there, which gives the whole training a bit of old-school charm. Nice employees and it's easy to get into conversation with the other members. Insider tip for everyone who doesn't feel like waiting hours for training equipment and, on top of that, paying a lot for it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Clean, beautiful and also very clearly arranged studio. There are not that many people there i.e. it is not overcrowded and the atmosphere is very relaxed and good. The staff is always very nice ✅

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Sauberes, schönes und auch sehr übersichtliches Studio. Es sind nicht so viele Leute da d.h. es ist nicht überfüllt und die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und gut. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr nett ✅

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The fitness studio was very nicely renovated and the equipment was exchanged for newer ones. The atmosphere is very familiar and the staff are super friendly. The courses are very diverse and everyone will find something for themselves there. I especially think it's great that so many kickboxing courses take place during the week. As a beginner and as an advanced user you will find the ideal training. The trainers are also motivating, friendly and explain everything very well and understandably. I like to go there :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: An insider tip for all newcomers looking for a gym in Giessen. There are many varied courses from Jumping Fit to Wing Chun and Yoga. The atmosphere is great and young and old train here. The studio continues to surprise with changes, such as new devices so that you never get bored. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A great and very friendly team that takes good care of the training and the people who train. The number of martial arts training sessions per week is also very high, which leads to great flexibility in training. Great training, good explanations and good customer care.
