Fantastische Erfahrung: The Insel Sport Club, in particular the wellness and relaxation area (showers, saunas, solarium, changing rooms and loungers), offers a great balance to the stressful everyday life. The modern training equipment of the circuit is great! The range of courses is very extensive. In addition, the qualified and friendly staff is always available to answer any questions. The homely atmosphere distinguishes the studio from conventional fitness studios. The only drawback is the corona-related opening times on weekends.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Since I am someone who really enjoys doing courses, this studio is right for me. There is a great range of courses - even now even during the pandemic. There is something for everybody. The coaches are also very patient with us athletes. Thanks a lot for this!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich bin seit zwei Monaten hier um meinen Lebensstil zu verändern. 100 kg muss ich abnehmen. Ich tat mich anfangs schwer, aber alle motivieren mich und sind sehr nett. Ich fühle mich von daher sehr wohl. Bereits nach zwei Monaten merke ich Erfolge. Es war also der richtige Weg mich hier anzumelden.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very happy with the studio. I use it several times a week and appreciate the family atmosphere. Recently I have been using the free basketball basket, which was set up in a squash court, with pleasure. I can come down here in peace and quiet and feel like Michael Jordan. The basketball is available as a free loan at the counter.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very, very cool gym with friendly staff and you can still play basketball since recently, for example to warm up what more could you want. And it has an advantage, it is not so overrun you have a very pleasant training atmosphere and good equipment so all in all the best fit you want. Fantastische Erfahrung: I like the gym very much, especially the way the equipment is put together. Everything is very good and intact! It is also very nice that you can be sure that dumbbells and weight plates actually weigh what is written on them. This is not a given in other fitness studios. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's also more personal than the gym chains. I particularly like the free weight area, there are also numerous cardio machines, circuit training, squash fields, saunas, solariums and, recently, a basketball hoop, which I really like. I haven't seen this in any other gym before. A really nice and recommendable gym.

The studio management had already provided the best possible protection for the members before the lockdown: disinfection and cleanliness anyway, blocking of cardio equipment to keep them away, fewer people in the courses - so everything is safe after opening!
