Fantastisches Erlebnis: I looked around for pole dance opportunities in the area, as I'm often in Düren. The communication is really timely and very professional. The employees are very friendly and competent. Melissa's pole dance class is also a lot of fun; she is a good trainer :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am at Fitness & More with severe back problems without much hope of recovery. This resulted from the experience with another studio. But lo and behold, the targeted exercises and the professional care and instructions have brought it ... namely a back that is suitable for everyday use again. Thanks to Ralf-Christian and the whole team. Thanks to you and a healthy back, I have a significantly higher quality of life again!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A very experienced team with a lot of affection and love for the customers. It was always fun to train there, especially the family relationship that prevails there. I felt comfortable right from day 1 and have always been able to train undisturbed and with joy. All in all a great gym with the right ambition :)
