Fantastische Erfahrung: Since I was actually looking for a studio for women only, I came across this site. The Studio Lady Fit does not exist anymore as such, but has probably been connected to the fitodrom for some time. First, I had to remember but there is also a large lady area with all the pipapo and even a private sauna area only for women. I am very satisfied. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Meanwhile, I train from time to time in the mixed area as I have noticed that nobody looks stupid but all obediently complete their training. The audience is very pleasant. Everything meticulously clean and well maintained.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Since it was connected to the fit-o-drom, there is now also a large SAUNA AREA FOR WOMEN ONLY, including an organic steam sauna and a Finnish sauna & infrared cabin. The tasteful relaxation area including a beautiful outdoor terrace invites you to relax and "let your mind wander". SEPARATE TRAINING AREA FOR WOMEN (including circuit training - similar to Ms. Sporty). About 100 courses per month such as Zumba, Yoga, Back Fit, Spinning, Ladys Circle, Step, Body Fit, Piloxing and many more great courses! Price / performance unbeatable for "premium fitness" !!!
