Fantastisches Erlebnis: We are current members of Crossfit Kaiserslautern, and we decided to drop into CFNW to experience a bit of new culture. We were welcomed with open arms and smiling faces. The facility is small, but they are creative with their space. We did a nice strength portion, followed by a quick metcon. I was Impressed with the coaches knowledge and attention to detail. We will definitely be back !!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Demanding and varied training with very good and competent coaches. There is a different workout every day, which is prepared together with a specific "warm up". The coaches are present during the entire training and pay attention to the implementation of the workout. A "I can not" does not exist, because there is a suitable scaling of the training for everyone. But the best thing about this small but nice box is the community. A very warm and funny group cheering and supporting each other.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I did my first drop in here over 2 years ago and I found one of the most welcoming and friendly communities in the area! Even as an English speaker they made me feel welcome and I got a killer workout in! I live in Kaiserslautern so I try and come as often as I can to do drop ins!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: best box in town This box offers the right training for every performance level. Be it through introductory courses, in which you get the basics and the Crossfit thoughts, or through the daily WOD, which push you to the limits of your performance. The coaches have a lot of know-how thanks to their many years of crossfit experience. They correct and motivate to a perfect degree. Therefore it is unbelievable fun to torment yourself with the other members and to improve steadily and continuously.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very welcoming, I felt like part of the family. Fist bumps and high fives as we all introduced ourselves. Everyone made sure I was included. Everyone cheered during the workout, then more fist bumps. Coaching was good, explained the workout great and gave good pointers. Overall a great experience and a strong community!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Small but nice, in the truest sense of the word. That's the best way to describe the box. The community is super warm and the training very varied and demanding. In addition, the location of the box convinced with stadium and swimming pool, so no parking problems. Anyone who comes from the area and was not there, should change that quickly!
