Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great crossfit box in the commercial area of ​​Nieder-Olm. Family atmosphere, nice people, good atmosphere and a variety of training opportunities.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been here since 2019. Crossfit is great for me because it's varied and challenging, even if it's not a team sport, it's a group sport. And it makes you happy! The coaches and members are great, like a big family in all age groups!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: My daughter has been in the box for 3 years now and "persuaded" me to take part at the beginning of this year. After initial skepticism (and a lot of sore muscles :-)) I am very happy to have made the start today. The boxing team is very nice, helps and corrects incorrect use / implementation of the device and exercises and makes it easy to get started. There is also a family atmosphere among the members. Keep it up .... it's fun with you!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: At CrossFit8674, every athlete is picked up at the level where they are in a friendly, family atmosphere and the best is brought out of them. The coaches always have an open ear and are available to every member with advice and action. The box is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. I highly recommend this CrossFit box.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: At first I thought you needed intensive muscle training for CrossFit to be able to build on it, but I was convinced of the opposite. Marcel and the other coaches look after all athletes individually, also in WOD, whether you can already handle weights easily or are a newcomer (like I was) everyone receives the support they need and can still train together with the other athletes in a team! Fun and team spirit are very important, there is no better feeling than celebrating your success with the others when you succeed in a new PR :-) So pack your bag and off to the trial session, it's worth it!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: At first I was very skeptical that CrossFit was even for me. Marcel really does a great job. He disproved my prejudices and showed that CrossFit can offer something for everyone - regardless of age and fitness level. Come over and convince yourself.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: One of the best decisions of my life was becoming a member here! Always demanding and ambitious, but also fun and familiar, the coaches try to design each training session for everyone involved. Over the years, countless good friendships have developed here that would certainly not be possible in any normal gym in the world. Therefore: try it out and do a trial session - it will be worth it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I always thought CrossFit was only for super sporty muscle mountains, which I definitely don't belong to, until I started training with Marcel in the box. Even the super athletes get their money's worth, but the coaches are all super nice and helpful and adapt the exercises to the respective fitness level. It is very varied and you notice progress quickly, on top of that you get to know a lot of nice and fun people. Would recommend 100%!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I dropped in on the drop-in today (booked half an hour before in the app) and received a warm welcome from Coach Marcel and the other athletes. The workout was pleasantly tiring programmed and scaled according to the athlete's abilities. The technical section was also well structured and there were valuable tips from Coach. Thank you!
