Fantastische Erfahrung: I don't know of any other GYM that is so well equipped! A dream and at home for every powerlifter and strength sports enthusiast! The atmosphere is right too! I haven't seen anyone pointlessly blocking any devices and sitting on their cell phone for 10 minutes or just going to the gym for the obligatory selfie. A lot of attention is also paid to the little things, e.g. B. Are devices modified to facilitate the liftoff or are cell phone tripods available and its lifts to film and much more. The staff is also very friendly, helpful and is very engaging! Just a dream

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mit Abstand das beste Fitnessstudio in Oldenburg für ambitionierte Sportler/innen, die wirklich was erreichen möchten. Top Equipment, großer Functionalbereich mit Schlitten und sogar einem Yoke Walk. Dazu kommt noch ein Kampfsportbereich und viele kleine nette Gimmicks, um neue Trainingsreize setzen zu können. Der Cardiobereich ist überragend und man kann sich jetzt auch mit Assaultbike oder Ski Ergometer komplett zerstören. Dazu noch ein nettes Team, was immer auch immer an sich weiter arbeitet!

Fantastische Erfahrung: 5 stars is actually not enough for such a good gym. From the devices to every single employee, only satisfaction is required. It almost feels like family when you are greeted at the counter with a smile and kind words. In my opinion, no other gym can match the service. Regarding the devices: Large selection and top condition, there is a wide selection of devices available and everything looks flawless without exception. When it comes to order and cleanliness, you can't top the gym. I can only recommend the Kingdom, especially when you compare it to the other gyms in OL, by far the best

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've worked out at quite a few gyms and this is definitely my favourite. The equipment is simply great for strength athletes and martial artists, there is a lot of variety and often new equipment. The trainers are also really great and really know a lot. No matter which goal you have in which sport, you will be offered holistic and targeted support in order to achieve this goal. I just feel super comfortable here, in good hands and looked after all round. I really like the whole atmosphere in the Kingdom of Sports.

Positive Erfahrung: Ein wirklich tolles Fitnessstudio, für alle Kraftsportler die gerne an Geräten und freien Gewichten arbeiten, es gibt wirklich tolle Geräte und prinzipiell ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Für Kampfsportler sind die Kurse reichlich vorhanden und alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich bin nun seit 2 Jahren hier am Trainieren und es wird ständig etwas neues Angeboten an Geräten für Kraft bzw. cardio Geräten. Zu Stoßzeiten zwischen 17-19 Uhr kann es mal voller werden, aber durch die Vielzahl an Geräten muss man nicht warten, sondern nimmt einfach ein wenig Abwechslung in seinen traingsplan und nimmt ein anderes Gerät für die jeweilige Muskelgruppe. Definitiv das Beste Studio in Oldenburg! Einziges Manko sind die Duschen, wo die Warmwasserversorgung manchmal sehr verrückt spielt :/

Fantastische Erfahrung: Definitely the best studio in Oldenburg. Starting with the devices - older devices are repeatedly exchanged and, as always, replaced by high-quality devices (Gym80 as an example). The benches etc. are also purchased from brands such as Eleiko. Here you can really find the creme de la creme. The same applies to the Eleiko, Rogue and ATX / Strength Shop dumbbells. A dream for every strength athlete in weightlifting, powerlifting or bodybuilding. The handles for devices are also versatile, for example from MAG. The location is definitely great and central. When it comes to trainers, you will find likeable people and, above all, trainers from various specialist areas. Powerlifting, crossfit, martial arts or the average fitness athlete - a wide range of sports. The studio in the atmosphere is very dark - you have to like that, but it's definitely my vibe. Weight training events take place again and again, with greats in the scene. Powerlifting-specific Maxout battles take place with a great atmosphere and drive the sport onto the perception screen of society. The atmosphere there is very cool and makes every strength athlete's heart beat faster. The clientele who train is also different than in the mainstream chains, where training is often more appearances than reality and more a short-term lifestyle than sustainable activity. And yet - there are black sheep everywhere. Corona problems with regard to training are and were solved in a fair manner. This studio beats common mainstream chains (even if these are, to be fair, good (zmd. Benefit)) with a few points. I have certainly not listed everything here and deliberately did not make any evaluation for the martial arts sector, but it comes very close to the overall picture. A blessing to be able to train with everyone there.

A huge selection of high-quality equipment (including Gym 80), competent and always approachable trainers who really know what they are talking about compared to some other studios and the dumbbells are always sorted and are not distributed throughout the gym.

Fantastische Erfahrung: First of all: if you expect a run-of-the-mill chain like McFit, this is the wrong place. All trainers are much more competent than you should be used to from other studios. Everything is kept human, with questions etc we are always happy to help and if you are still looking for a studio for powerlifting etc. this is the right place! The training areas are always clean and tidy. Disc chaos is a rarity. I was able to make friends with other members as well as the coaches very quickly. The slightly higher price compared to other studios is absolutely justified as new high-quality equipment is regularly added. Personally, I could hardly ask for a better studio! Ps: Andreas treat yourself to strongman equipment

Device selection - great Employees - always in a good mood Look - super beautiful and stylish Atmosphere - unique I like to drive 80km to train in this highlight studio!

Fantastische Erfahrung: There is no standstill here! Again and again you can find something new here, be it new equipment or a complete renovation of the battle location area with really great pictures on the walls. The ambience is rounded off by the really professional trainers who are absolutely friendly and love their job.

They attach great importance to cleanliness and order. The courses that are offered there are also great. In my opinion the staff is very friendly and competent. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been training in the Kingdom for several years now and I feel very comfortable there. The team is great, friendly, helpful at all times and in between also for a short chat - which I personally like best :-) In addition, the team tries to organize events regularly (e.g. FIFA tournaments, summer parties, Challenges) that you can take part in if you like. Depending on how and what you want to train, the Kingdom offers a large selection of (cardio) equipment, dumbbells and weights with numerous open spaces and training options. In recent years, the studio has also repeatedly invested in new equipment. For people who like to attend sports courses, there are a few courses, e.g. B. Circuit training where you really work up a sweat. Compared to other studios, there are fewer "classic" courses on offer here. Martial artists get their money's worth. There are large changing rooms with clean showers and sanitary facilities. There is enough space on the training site so that the members present can distribute themselves well. The members are a colorful mix, pretty much the entire age range is represented. If you are looking for a gym with good equipment and a great team, the Kingdom is in good hands :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I personally like the Kingdom of Sports very much. Modern studio with great equipment and diverse training options. Studio is not overcrowded and even as a person without 40s biceps you are not looked at wrong. It's worth a visit!

The atmosphere is great and that is largely due to the staff. I usually stay there for the pure training time to chat and laugh with great people. You seem to be true superhumans who can control your emotions at any time, never have a bad day and, if they did, would of course never show it subconsciously. Flawless and complete perfection. Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym. Friendly trainers who know what they're talking about. Tascha in particular is a true sweetheart. Always available for a quick bite. Unfortunately, it is sometimes a bit crowded at peak times, but you can usually go through the training undisturbed.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Excellent studio for any type of strength training and beyond. By far the best in Oldenburg in my eyes. In contrast to other studios very competent staff. The equipment leaves almost nothing to be desired and is still being expanded and all devices are always in good condition. The parking situation is optimal with its own parking garage from where you can go directly to the studio. Clamps are also available to order. 10/10 would maxout again

Fantastische Erfahrung: Good place for some reasonable weight training. Martial arts and courses are offered. Regular events (such as sushi on some Fridays) or advice from professional bodybuilders. The employees are relaxed and know what they are talking about and are also interested in the sport. All in all, fully recommended and inexpensive, even if it has recently become noticeably fuller at peak times.
