Sarah is a very competent and sensitive trainer, always responsive to the individual needs of customers. Whether you want to lose weight, build fitness or sytematisch alleviate physical discomfort (knee, back), or want to train completely away, everything is feasible. Likewise, Sarah agrees if you just want to relax after a long day at work and prefer a slightly reduced sports program. Sarah is always warm and friendly. The time and scope of one 20-minute training session per week is perfect for those who are busy and busy. You train a maximum of two and get the practice instructions directly from your own personal trainer, who accompanies you the whole 20 minutes. Thanks Sarah!
