Fantastisches Erlebnis: After a double herniated disc and 4 operations, Thomas and his team managed to get my back fit again. The training is really fun, varied and the trainers are super nice. All exercises are explained very well in order to achieve maximum performance and not harm the body. Great team, great spirit. I always like to go to training!
