Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very pleasant training possible. Above all, in this studio a very high value is paid to physical health and correct, healthy execution of the exercises. Luckily, you won't find any large mirror walls to self-centeredly admire your own inflated body. This gym is visited to get / stay healthy and fit and to gain a good awareness of one's own body and not to impress other people with one's appearance. There are definitely big pluses for this. In addition, the staff is really very friendly and is happy to take the time to explain all the exercises in detail and explain why these exercises should be performed at all. The prerequisite for this are adapted training plans, which are discussed individually and personally tailored as a matter of course. During the training, employees are always present in the training area to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly. If you do an exercise incorrectly, improvements are made immediately in a friendly and constructive manner. The offer includes targeted strength training, cardio training (endurance sports) and active courses that can be registered for. TopFit also offers a sauna, a cozy outdoor area and a few sunbeds. All of this is available here for a really affordable price. I have had nothing but good experiences with this gym in the past and would go back again and again.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice sophisticated gym with spa and sharp appliances without trade (bodybuilder area). Very clean and friendly staff. Almost all devices are available multiple times, so you do not have to wait if times are going on. Huge and air-conditioned course room - really great! In addition, the surrounding are also the cheapest!

Elsewhere you pay more and get less (now apart from the cheap providers that are now also available in Weyhe). In addition, really decent people train here. Am satisfied.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been here for almost 10 years and I am very satisfied. The offers are great and there are always trainers there. They go around and support or give help. Sauna, solarium, relaxation room with outdoor area and wellness loungers, what more could you want. Pumpers are not welcome here, but there are also no free weights . The trainers are all nice, competent and helpful. The studio is very clean as are the saunas and showers. The audience is very mixed and it is a pleasant together.
