Fantastische Erfahrung: For a long time I was looking for a sports studio where you can get really professional help, but where you can also do your own routine in peace without feeling stupid. I found the best in Easy fitness Brinkum. The team and the atmosphere is just right, but my absolute favorite is the trainer Reham (Riri) !! Just so nice, personable and professional !! Since I can't understand / speak German perfectly, she helps me in English! I had never had that in other gyms, that trainers are more linguistic and also sooo competent and nice! Easy fitness Brinkum does it right people!

I also particularly like the structure of the studio, I would like to emphasize the "Functional Room" again. On the contrary ... you will always be greeted with a smile on your face, regardless of the time of day, the equipment is clean, weights at your place and changing rooms as well as toilet and shower always clean! Member support is carried out here at a very high level. From the first contact through the design of the training plans to the support on the training area, we always work professionally here. Each member is individually adjusted (footballers, retirees, office workers who sit a lot, etc.) I really enjoy training here and I will definitely continue to do so for many years to come. PS: I can't understand some 1 star ratings if I still see these members train every 2nd day in the studio ... see how they post photos of themselves in the studio in the social networks and then ultimately with the studio identify... THEN the studio can't be that bad after all.

Positive Erfahrung: Das Studio überzeugt mit Sauberkeit und modernen Geräten die alles für ein ausgewogenes Training bieten. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter die alle sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen und Anregungen zu haben sind. Zu Gewissen Zeiten ist es sehr voll da wäre vielleicht noch Besserung bedarf. The trainers are all super nice and ensure a high feel-good factor. The cooperation with the other training members also works flawlessly and is a lot of fun, so I really enjoy coming here. The studio is also never overcrowded, which means that I can successfully carry out the program I have planned every time. The studio and the sanitary facilities are clean, tidy and without defects. Conclusion: All in all a very good studio that invites you to train and is simply great fun thanks to the nice, friendly atmosphere. I can only recommend it!

I think the opening times are absolutely sufficient, and easy fitness can also be easily reached by public transport.
