Squats in the power rack are very difficult for beginners, 2. a Hackenschmidt machine brings stability for the whole body and 3. there is just for the Leg training few alternatives I would also collect signatures if that would help I realize that I'm not the only one with a wish, but I'd still be happy to think about it LG

Positive Erfahrung: Für jemanden, der Ahnung von Fitnessstudio hat, ist es ganz gut. Es gibt gute Geräte, leider von der Anzahl nicht ganz so viel, dafür ist das Fitnessstudio aber auch nicht so groß, von daher in Ordnung. Leider wird gar kein Wert auf Trainingsbetreuung gelegt. Ich habe noch nie einen Trainer auf der Fläche gesehen. Dabei könnten viele Mitglieder Hilfe gebrauchen. Das sollte dringend geändert werden.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After my friends said that I should also start with fitness, I thought I'm doing a trial here. I have to say I am positively surprised, the staff are all very down to earth but still know what they are talking about. You also notice that the studio is still very new, especially on the modern equipment. After registering, I immediately got an appointment for a free training plan tailored to my needs and have already achieved my first successes. All in all I am very satisfied.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Nice new gym with great synergy courses. The coaches on the area are highly motivated and are always happy to answer any questions. I really enjoy going to work out here, because on the one hand you have a lot of space for your workout and on the other you find different fitness equipment. The studio is always clean and air conditioned. Furthermore, the Cleverfit Fit offers further training types such as vibration training, TRX, circuit training, endurance training and much more. Conclusion: I can definitely recommend the Cleverfit. It's best to make yourself a picture of it and arrange a trial training

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best for me :) I had intended to do more sport as a resolution for 2019, now I would like to share my experiences with you after almost 1 year and possibly also encourage them;) As a newcomer to sports, I was of course a bit helpless at first, countless devices and possibilities, so I was clearly dependent on help to find the devices I needed for my goals in the whole jungle of possibilities. On the very first day, a trainer stood by my side and, with a lot of patience and expertise, put together a training plan that was tailored to my needs. Of course, every beginning is difficult and especially the first weeks needed encouragement, motivation and support, no problem! :) After about 3 months of intensive training, I had achieved my goal, my big belly had disappeared and remained a six-pack (: It is a great feeling to have achieved that, now I have expanded my training program and now do intensive strength training. The coaches often slow me down because I am not overconfident. xD I also take a lot of exercises from YouTube, which I then watch with a trainer and who supports me in doing these exercises safely and professionally. In the meantime I have also looked at other studios for fun and above all curiosity (since this was my first studio) and have to say very clearly that there is no comparable studio for me that can offer me so much personally. In the other studios that was one thing, with 3 test sessions the drinks were out and the paper rolls were empty. When asked, the counter question was immediately asked "What should we do if the stuff is empty every few hours?". So you immediately got the feeling of "eat or die". o.o There weren't really many devices, most of the devices were double and triple. Support was only given according to the schedule, as there was no trainer who once walked through the store. Cleanliness and drinks are standard today, but this family atmosphere offered here and the very good facilities are apparently rare. You get to know a lot of people here, of course, and what I find especially special is that the studio only bought bigger weights for a few people. o.o The boss personally is often present and always asks for feedback whether everything is OK? and where to improve what? He seems to be grateful for this and tries to respond quickly to the requests. My conclusion: It was the best decision to register there. Other studios could definitely not keep up with that in terms of equipment and service. I personally can fully recommend the studio and especially for those who have set goals and want to achieve them. Thanks again for that;) Without a few "ass kicks" and motivation, I would still be with just one resolution: D
