Although Aikido is one of the so-called contact sports and may not be practiced as such in "Corona times", our sensei Peter once again managed to carry out a varied, interesting and instructive training course IN COMPLIANCE with the applicable rules! The minimum distance of 2m was observed even with the partner exercises - so there was no contact with the training partner at any time, but the exercises were carried out synchronously - like a kata in karate shadow-like and more or less gracefully. Due to the fact that you have to think virtually into the motion sequences, in my opinion the LERN effect is also higher. In any case, I say THANK YOU. The Nippon sports studio is very clean and tidy, in accordance with the legal regulations: from providing the disinfectant to the obligation to protect the mouth and nose, regular surface disinfection of the dojo and the sports areas, spatially completely separate entrances and exits, and, and, and. Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been doing my heart sports at Nippon for 5 years: with Konrad, the trainer, with a fixed group, in a family atmosphere. The results are presentable and because the staff and fellow patients are very vigilant and attentive, you can feel at home at Nippon.
