Positive Erfahrung: Würde hier gern über das Fittness Studio berichten, war aber nicht dort. Ich bin in dem Alter wo es dann doch auch mal zum benachbarten Ärztehaus geht. Ich war vor geraumer Zeit in dem Studio. Damals befand es sich noch in der Harzstraße. Meine Erfahrungen waren hierbei nicht so gut.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I do not understand some of the reviews here, even if the devices are older, they serve their purpose 100 percent, the staff is very courteous and friendly and TOP trained. I feel good and in good hands, the price-performance ratio is definitely right, because I value professional competence! There is a wide variety of courses. The trainers are always at our side during the training units (cheating on the equipment is immediately noticeable). This studio does it all: corporate health management. Training on prescription for young and old. Therapeutic offers / medically prescribed rehabilitation sport and health training in top-class sport.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My rating is for the sauna and steam room. Both are highly recommended. Clean and groomed. Drinks can be ordered by phone. Staff polite and helpful. Worth a visit.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Two years ago I was looking for a fitness studio with competent support in order to be able to train efficiently and still healthily and found it here. Since then, I've been training three to four times a week. In contrast to various other fitness studios in which I have previously trained, a trainer is always present who keeps an eye on you during training and makes corrections if necessary. I feel very comfortable here. There is a pleasant and personal atmosphere. The professional training of the trainers (physiotherapist, sports scientist and (ex) -Olympiat ...) enables them to cater to the individual requirements of young and old and thus enable healthy training. Sports in the rehabilitation area are also offered. In the fitness studio, you train on modern fitness equipment, which, unlike conventional equipment, can be adjusted to individual body dimensions. The trainers are at your side at all times. If desired, advice on diet is also offered. The training area is very clean. This also applies to the changing rooms, showers and the sauna, which I can only recommend for a visit after training! My conclusion: Anyone looking for a decent fitness studio in which they can exercise in peace, regardless of whether it is weight training, endurance sports, rehab sports, sports courses, etc., is in good hands here!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Here you feel good - here you like to train! If you value competence, concentrated expertise in training, health & nutrition and a mega friendly team, this is the place for you! Even with a not quite so perfect figure one is not stupidly looked at here, but respected and holistically supported in his goals. Due to the variety of devices and the countless training options, the sporting units are never boring and if you do not feel like soloing, you simply take one of the many many group fitness offers :-) Especially in winter the sauna is the highlight after the sport and in summer there is a cool protein shake on the sun terrace after sweating - well-being is very important here! I like to come here for a little break ... Keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Instead of pumps, the focus is on health and fitness. Club members train alongside the rehabilitation participants. The team is friendly, competent and attentive. The atmosphere is family. Basis for the training is a comprehensive test of fitness and muscle, so the programs can be tailored to the trainee. I'm very satisfied. I have never seen the people who rate this negative when training at the club. That's probably because they are not members and more likely to pump at the competition. ???

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was there for the "Festtagsbraten Ade" training and I really enjoyed it. Very nice and attentive team, which was always supportive and motivating. I had a lot of fun discovering new exercises and afterwards I was really exhausted by the many varied devices. The whole team was very personable and you could laugh at times during training. I can also highly recommend the sauna area. I had a lot of fun and I will come more often.

Fantastische Erfahrung: It's a shame only 5 stars! Have been back for four months, but had been in the previous studio for many years before that. For us it was like coming home. Thanks to the excellent support from all employees, we are very motivated during the training. It is difficult to highlight a trainer in particular, as each and every one of them noticeably lives their job with full conviction and motivation. We meet our friends here every day and feel so at home that for fun you could think about a second home.
