The wellness area, which was completely renovated in 2020 and is unique in the fitness studios, is exceptional. Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training in this gym for over 15 years and I am completely satisfied! At this point, many thanks to Rainer and Isabella Griebl !!! Everything is just right here: parking spaces right in front of the door, very competent team of trainers, rooms very spacious and equipped with very good equipment. There is a separate spinning room and a separate class / aerobics room. The atmosphere here is very informal and informal. Direct connection to the Wolfgang Adami swimming pool (including 50 m swimming pool, brine pool, sunbathing area with beach volleyball) and the sauna area make this fitness studio even more attractive!

Fantastische Erfahrung: We think it's great there. Finally the courses start again. With restrictions and limited number of participants, but it is wonderful to see the people again. It is always extremely impressive for us how flexible older people can be when they regularly take part in such well-managed training courses with highly motivated and motivating course trainers. It is a very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly, calm, just very personable. If at some point the restrictions drop again, you can take a shower in the basement after training and enjoy the spacious, recently renovated sauna area, which also offers an outdoor sauna and garden. Of course there are also many devices and e.g. Spinning courses that we do not currently use. It is actually a very mixed audience, from very young competitive athletes who also train in the neighboring swimming pool, to students and professionals, to many older but very fit and extremely agile people. It would be nice if some courses that were offered in the morning could also take place late in the afternoon or in the evening. We won second prize in the duck race a long time ago and have been there since then. We think it's great. We use the ride to "training on the mountain" by bike to warm up.
