Fantastische Erfahrung: The best course is with Sarah. If you want to really work yourself out and want the time to fly by with the help of music, I recommend attending a jump course. But all the other colleagues are super nice, always helpful and technically very good. In combination with the devices that are on site and the family flair, I can recommend the studio with a clear conscience :) The icing on the cake are the two saunas with relaxation room :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Atlantis has been a part of my everyday life for several years now. The employees, as well as all the athletes, could be described as one big family. In recent years, the management has shown great initiative and modernized the entire offer of the studio. A large number of today's fitness studios lack what distinguishes the Atlantis - the college. Managers and employees are motivated and open to small talk. The Atlantis is the optimal place for the perfect training, which is why I would not consider a change.

It's great - here, in addition to fitness, I can also play squash, use the sauna, solarium and hydro-jet massage. The trainers are present and always available if you have a question. They walk around and give tips on how to do the exercises. The showers and toilets are clean and they make sure that everything is always clean. I am totally happy to have finally found the right studio.

I like the variety of training options (inside and outside), there are great course offers and the opening times are such that it is easy for me to find an appointment. The trainers are always approachable, friendly and happy to help. The equipment is easy to access even at peak times and it is a pleasant workout. Even as a woman, you don't feel uncomfortable in the free weight area in any way. For a single studio, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right and I really enjoy going there.

If you have any questions immediately on the spot and show you how to do it. A friendly crew, you feel at home in a big family. Very well equipped studio. All equipment is new and of high quality, very modern. The "hammer" is the water bed, with massage function. Very relaxing after a workout. Lots of courses. Everyone can find something for themselves here. Sauna, showers and toilets, all great clean and hygienic. It is a pleasure to be a member of this studio.

I've been there (with a few dropouts) since 1994/95 when Wolfgang opened it. Nice that Atlantis still exists and the children continue to run it! Keep it up.
