Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super nice and competent team! I've been here for over 2 years now and it's always fun. You get to know muscles you didn't even know you had before. The fact that it only takes 20 minutes makes motivation for those who don't like fitness easier than if you have a 2-hour workout ahead of you. In addition to weekly training (always with a personal trainer), nutrition tips and weight loss challenges are also carried out. Many thanks to Patrick, Ebru and Robert!
