The studio makes a very good impression, the equipment is well maintained and my trainer Nadja asked in detail about my expectations and any health restrictions and then worked out a training plan with me. She showed me exactly how the equipment was set up and monitored the entire training session. So far I have no reason for complaint. Today I had supervised training number 2. It was time to evaluate my progress and add new equipment to the training plan. Nadja had prepared the planning three weeks ago in consultation with me and today we tested it through. I didn’t like some of the machines and so they were canceled, others were included in the training plan. Nadja put a lot of effort into my old bag and explained the advantages and possible disadvantages in detail. I'm very excited to see how my training will develop over the next few weeks. So far I have gained a lot in terms of strength, it can only get better. Nadja is really very responsive to my needs and wishes, I feel very well looked after by her. The factory also makes a pretty good impression if some signs of wear and tear (broken cabinet locks, problems with the water dispenser, etc.) would be resolved more quickly. After the pandemic unfortunately did not allow any training in the last few months, my trainer Nadja pointed out to me after the reopening that the studio now has a new department, called EGYM, and that this would certainly be interesting for me. Today I made an appointment with her for a briefing. It is a group of six training devices, each training a different part of the body. The equipment is set by the trainer to the size and performance of the trainee and after pressing the start button, the equipment then runs automatically for one minute and you have to try to perform the corresponding exercise as evenly as possible. For this you can see a sine curve on a screen, on which the cursor must be guided through even movements. It takes some getting used to, but it's fun. After completing the exercise, the result is displayed and you switch to the next device. The respective settings are saved so that no coaching is required the next time. Nadja explained everything to me very well and I am sure that I will remain loyal to the EGYM.
