I don't know that from any other "gym". Criticism from trainees is accepted and suggestions are implemented. Optimizations are constantly being incorporated. Perfect.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The coaches are great and every day is different. There is no boredom here. I feel a lot fitter physically and can scale the exercises super if it becomes too difficult for me. It's nice that Power offers such great sport and it also creates a great community.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Finally a sport that combines many things! It's great fun, is very varied, great balance to everyday life, super exhausting but it pays off (I quickly saw success). An intensive hour of training there with power is not only time-saving but it also brings a lot more than a little circuit training or a course in other fitness studios. In the box you feel like a big family, everyone helps everyone, everyone motivates each other and you are perfectly supported by the couches, both in improving the execution / training and in achieving your own goals.
