The gym is manageable and all the equipment I need / used is available. It's a very cozy and familiar atmosphere to train. I feel right at home here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: In 2002 I had a rather complicated operation on the cervical spine. The overgrown foraminas were milled free, a damaged intervertebral disc was also cleared out, a piece of bone from the iliac crest was inserted, and then the whole thing was screwed to a titanium plate. The surgeon predicted that we would see each other again in a few years because the next disc would be due. And now I have been in the "golden" hands of Mr. Blischke in his sympathetic therapy center for 16 years now and there is no reason to see the surgeon again.
