Fantastisches Erlebnis: The interview, reception at the counter and the tour were very friendly and comprehensive. The introduction to my weekly class was intense and all of my deficits were addressed by the therapist. The individual introductory training then got down to business. My exercises were selected and tailored to me in such a way that the training optimally stresses my body region, but I can practice pain-free. After more than 1 hour of training, I had no pain but noticeable success. I am very surprised and pleased as I felt far less success in rehab. The facility is very modern and well-kept. The changing rooms include showers and a sauna. The equipment in the training rooms is well maintained and optically in very good condition, and water is available free of charge from the machines. What is also positive for me is that the training group is not too large with less than 10 people, so you don't have to wait for popular equipment. So all in all thumbs up!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: GSV is the best for young and old because they are helped here and a competence team is there for you. I can only recommend it.

The association grants participants free access to a quick test before each appointment! Hygiene concept also great. ✌️
