Fantastische Erfahrung: We just got out of the box from a drop in. Everything was great. The Lions have a really nice box. They took the time for the e-mails in advance and after the training for some tips for the rest of our trip and after the workout they gave us some exercises for at home. The coaching before and during the training was also great. Therefore: Thank you so much!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Looking for a box in Freiburg to drop in, I decided on CrossFit Lion Pride. It is a very compact and manageable but really great and clean box. Above all, Steffi (owner) and her husband are extremely friendly and personable. It was a lot of fun and received a very warm welcome. The equipment was in great condition and the quality (from Rogue) was great. I also thought the boxes with the engraved logo were cool. Due to the positive impression I made 2 more drop in very quickly. I would love to come back and can recommend the box to anyone looking for one in Freiburg.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been here for almost 6 months. Awesome because the WODs are adapted to the respective fitness level. Above all, the workouts are always different, you don't have one-sided training. The lion pride is really nice, everyone has the same goal. That pushes quite a bit. The coaches are very competent and always pay attention to the correct execution and posture during the exercises. The location in Riegeler Straße is easy to reach, there is parking in front of the house! Keep it up!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I came into Steffi's box as a CrossFit beginner. Already in the first course I felt totally comfortable because of the great atmosphere. My concerns about not being able to keep up with individual exercises were unfounded. Each movement is also shown in a modified version by the coaches, so that despite different fitness levels, everyone can train together and cheer on each other. And especially great for beginners: the coaches pay close attention to the correct execution of the movements. A really great box! No matter how strenuous the workout was - in the end you go home happily :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice new CrossfitBox with a competent team of trainers around Steffi. It is very important that the exercises are carried out correctly to prevent injuries. And if it comes to this, you will be super supervised, advised on which exercises can be done in order to be able to train quickly again. There is also a great community here, with which you can experience very fun WODs but also go through the most strenuous workouts together. All in all a great second living room with lots of friends :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very warm atmosphere with a great community and very competent coaches who take care of everyone individually and help everyone to get fitter and above all healthier. No matter whether young or older, fit or a sports novice. Nobody trains alone here, but everyone bites through together. Regular events, such as the monthly grill & chill or bring a friend day make it perfect.

These can always be adapted to the respective training level so that everyone is challenged and encouraged to the right extent.
