Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was given really good guidance during the trial training and the trainer was very friendly

Fantastisches Erlebnis: We just got out of the box from a drop in. Everything was great. The Lions have a really nice box. They took the time for the e-mails in advance and after the training for some tips for the rest of our trip and after the workout they gave us some exercises for at home. The coaching before and during the training was also great. Therefore: Thank you so much!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Looking for a box in Freiburg to drop in, I decided on CrossFit Lion Pride. It is a very compact and manageable but really great and clean box. Above all, Steffi (owner) and her husband are extremely friendly and personable. It was a lot of fun and received a very warm welcome. The equipment was in great condition and the quality (from Rogue) was great. I also thought the boxes with the engraved logo were cool. Due to the positive impression I made 2 more drop in very quickly. I would love to come back and can recommend the box to anyone looking for one in Freiburg.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been here for almost 6 months. Awesome because the WODs are adapted to the respective fitness level. Above all, the workouts are always different, you don't have one-sided training. The lion pride is really nice, everyone has the same goal. That pushes quite a bit. The coaches are very competent and always pay attention to the correct execution and posture during the exercises. The location in Riegeler Straße is easy to reach, there is parking in front of the house! Keep it up!!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice and attentive trainers. There is also a mommy course, the community is very warm. You just feel comfortable .

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super trainer, great equipment, great community what more could you want. No matter whether you are a crossfit newcomer or an experienced crossfitter, every training partner will find something to work out together.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Probably the most beautiful box in Freiburg. Very cool community, nice people and great workouts. These can always be adapted to the respective training level so that everyone is challenged and encouraged to the right extent. The trainers always look at the right technique / execution so that personal progress in strength, endurance, skill, agility etc. are already inevitable. Thank you for the great explanations and motivation. I always go home with a smile even if the day before the training was sh * t.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Since the beginning I do not want to miss any of the trainings at Steffi & Co. It is always fun, all exercises can be adapted to all performance levels so that everyone can train with the right amount and the right load. And there is always a good relationship! Absolute recommendation!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super varied training, top coaches, great space! For each level of performance, the training is adjusted so that one is required in any case properly.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super warm lion pack! Training here is just fun :-) Everyone sweats, laughs and everyone goes full throttle at their personal sporting level. The trainer team (super coaches!) Pays a lot of attention to the correct execution and you always learn big and small tricks to improve yourself. The box itself is clean and equipped with brand new equipment. Just come over!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very warm atmosphere with a great community and very competent coaches who take care of everyone individually and help everyone to get fitter and above all healthier. No matter whether young or older, fit or a sports novice. Nobody trains alone here, but everyone bites through together. Regular events, such as the monthly grill & chill or bring a friend day make it perfect.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great atmosphere, nice people, very competent coaches and trainers - besides the great training. I felt great from the beginning and always go home with a big smile!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This box can only be recommended. It is amazing how attention is paid to the movement and execution of the exercises. Very friendly cooperation. I am a newcomer and I immediately licked blood from the first workout. Thumbs up !!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I came into Steffi's box as a CrossFit beginner. Already in the first course I felt totally comfortable because of the great atmosphere. My concerns about not being able to keep up with individual exercises were unfounded. Each movement is also shown in a modified version by the coaches, so that despite different fitness levels, everyone can train together and cheer on each other. And especially great for beginners: the coaches pay close attention to the correct execution of the movements. A really great box! No matter how strenuous the workout was - in the end you go home happily :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: If you are looking for a great box with great trainers, great WODs and a feel-good atmosphere, this is the place for you! The focus is on healthy training and everyone is addressed individually, it couldn't be better!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice new CrossfitBox with a competent team of trainers around Steffi. It is very important that the exercises are carried out correctly to prevent injuries. And if it comes to this, you will be super supervised, advised on which exercises can be done in order to be able to train quickly again. There is also a great community here, with which you can experience very fun WODs but also go through the most strenuous workouts together. All in all a great second living room with lots of friends :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Highly recommended box. I compared different boxes and felt most comfortable in them. Here, attention is paid to the correct execution of the exercises, which minimizes the risk of injury and thus ensures long-term motivation. Super nice trainers who are all passionate about the job. Keep it up!
