Fantastische Erfahrung: Very good trainers who take a lot of time for Newbee´s to look at execution and technique. For the "advanced" there is everything you could wish for. The atmosphere is very good. They push each other and have a coffee or shake together in the chilled lounge corner. There are different courses for different performance classes, so you don't have to worry about being overwhelmed. There is the right workout for every level.
