Fantastische Erfahrung: Definitely five stars. To start with, I'm in a wheelchair and the search for a place where I can do CrossFit was a real tragedy. At KAMROC I only dealt with open-minded people from the first email. The box is barrier-free and the trainers are real professionals who can adapt the exercises directly or do research and come up with cool ideas next time. The community is also super nice, which was particularly important to me. Thanks very much!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super coach and a super location I did a drop-in in the box with the coach Alex Alex showed me everything and then I changed. After everyone was there, Alex explained the program for today. Had small mistakes in my technique and Alex immediately discovered them and told me how to fix them. It is very rare for a drop in a trainer to do that very well. Praise. After WOD we stretched and I showered in the very clean shower. In short, simply the Super BOX.
