Fantastisches Erlebnis: For almost a year now I have been visiting the box regularly. In the beginning I could not do anything with Deathlift, Burpees and Co., and several times I asked myself what the hell are I doing here? Although it is exhausting Mega makes it great fun to train there which is without question the qualified trainer. After a year of Crossfit I could see huge successes no matter if mobility, endurance, muscle building or technique. Boredom is definitely not here by daily changing workouts, the training is always exciting and varied. Crossfit Königsbrunn is firmly planned in my daily schedule and can not be thought away anymore.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Have recently been allowed to make a drop-in in this beautiful cute box. What you immediately noticed was family togetherness. I was immediately cordially received by all members and felt right at home! With Michaela, one of the head coaches, I immediately had the feeling that she knows what she's talking about. Very competent, open and with a friendly and warm nature, she has explained to me everything unknown and was always with me with questions to the side. All in all a very successful training and when I am close again I will definitely stop by again!
