Fantastisches Erlebnis: I went to the box for several drop-ins in October 2021. The owner and the members are all very nice and the equipment there is everything a CF heart desires.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can only say good things about the box. The mood is good and the training is tailored to individual needs. The trainer (physiotherapist and crossfit junkie) knows exactly how to perform the exercises correctly so that they achieve the desired effect and you do not endanger yourself. Virtually all exercises are practiced together in advance. He pays close attention to the posture and corrects it if necessary. Before training, there is always a diverse warm-up to prepare the body for the stress. After the workout, there is always the very important stretching of the muscles. The trainer also always makes sure that the exercises for everyone are (only) so intense that they correspond to the abilities of the trainee. That means, sports junkies will come out sweating just as much as those who don't like sports. The trainings are balanced, which e.g. Muscle groups and strength / condition. Most of it runs with body weight, dumbbells and the racks. There are also rowing machines and bicycle machines. From time to time there are events (internal tournaments, charity runs) and other sports groups (e.g. yoga) in which you can participate. There are regular strength training sessions in the evenings. I can unreservedly recommend the box!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great place, amazing environment and inspiring community. The coach is very skilled and friendly. Barbells, plates, dumbbells, jump boxes, racks all cross fit style brand new equipment.
