You will immediately notice that the trainers here definitely understand their craft and can convey it in a simple and understandable way. You immediately feel that you are in good hands here. CrossFit BN-SU is an absolute recommendation. Great trainer, super awesome and demanding training and a strong and mutually motivating community. Fantastisches Erlebnis: A great box! You get a warm welcome from the trainers and members - even as a complete beginner. You can exercise in peace or work on the WOD that takes place several times a day in a group. The trainers are top professional, but also great as a person. Absolute recommendation!
