Fantastische Erfahrung: a really great CrossFit box!! In addition to a free area for additional training, the boys even offer a great outdoor area. Course times from early in the morning to in the evening, as well as the opportunity to work individually on your weaknesses outside of the courses in the "Open Box".

Fantastische Erfahrung: Training in small groups where everyone is picked up by the trainer at their own level and you quickly notice how your fitness improves. Spoiler: But it is also exhausting!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice box !! The individual care brought me forward again after my shoulder surgery. We sweat, cheer and sometimes fail together. Definitely an atmosphere for everyone, regardless of the level. There are also offers for teams, for example in preparation. My soccer girls were also able to enjoy the athletic training;)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Excellent place to workout with nice people and great trainers. Nobody even gets annoyed that I'm still learning German, and don't always understand the instructions. The trainers are patient and always willing to accommodate. Very beginner friendly also, if that is a concern.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I started Crossfit shortly after the lockdown ended and I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with my experience so far. Great box and also the coaching team is great. The exercises are explained in detail and even if you can't manage something, there is always a suitable substitute. Very satisfied all around!
