Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am impressed by the warmth of the people there! I've never been so lovingly integrated anywhere! The classes are really boomy, but (if necessary) each one is addressed individually and scaled in such a way that it is a challenge for everyone, but still manageable! The trainers have specialist knowledge and are always available with advice and action! In addition, the box is clean and structured. All in all a great place, with great people and challenging opportunities!

You will find professional coaches with years of experience, a warm community that helps and motivates each other, and a wide variety of functional training equipment. The difference to conventional fitness studios? Team spirit and individual training advice instead of anonymity and mass processing.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: CrossFit City of Peace has become my second home. Here you immediately feel at home and you are accepted into a steadily growing, friendly community in which you are not - as in many commercial fitness studios - just an anonymous number! Everyone is introduced to effective CrossFit training and weightlifting and appropriately motivated and instructed in workouts in order to properly learn new movement sequences. It is definitely worthwhile to come by and form your own picture, no matter what fitness level you are at the moment!
