Fantastische Erfahrung: Extremely good team of trainers. Highly competent. I can only recommend the PT's. Individual, motivating and empathic. Location is also great, with plenty of parking.

Fantastische Erfahrung: CrossFit Rosenheim is a familiar, large box with a few spaces in the free area, a huge range of supervised hours, super friendly coaches and members. Any exercises can also be carried out in a simplified manner for beginners, so there is no worse or better, but only one with each other;) Even in Corona times there are online courses and equipment is lent! madness

Coaches that look at everyone in the training and pay attention to the correct execution. They are always giving you tips to become more effective and better. The training is not comparable to the "gym-Gehopse"! Come over, look at it and leave your comfort zone ...

Fantastische Erfahrung: My experience with the offer of Crossfit Personal Training was amazing. My wishes were implemented 1 to 1 and I was able to register an extreme increase in performance after just 4 weeks. Michi is a great motivational coach who has always supported me, even if I did my training for myself. I can recommend this type of training to anyone who can only take the first step with support and who is often exposed to job changes without a suitable training area. At this point again God's reward. PS: Kettlebell and jump rope have already been ordered. ; )
