CrossFit^® Reden

Fantastische Erfahrung: I cannot understand the evaluation regarding the use of the toilet. The Crossfit Box in Reden is super clean, which it simply has to be for hygienic reasons, how can I reproach the trainer for not being allowed to enter the box with street shoes? Nobody, neither trainer nor athlete, has ever stepped into the box with street shoes. Many exercises take place on the floor, depending on the degree of exhaustion, the puffing face may sometimes lie on the floor. I can't blame anyone for not letting me into their box with my street shoes ‍♂️ Everyone knows the problem when you urgently need to go to the toilet, I think we were all in that situation at one point or another. But if someone then wants to let me use their toilet, I have to follow their rules. Now to the actual assessment: The box has great equipment, is always clean and the trainers are competent and helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a look for themselves. For those who are new to the sport, if you want to get fitter, just give it a try ‍♂️‍♂️
