Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've always avoided the Hyrox because I thought it was too hard as a beginner and there are definitely only ultra-fit high-flyers there. Well, if I had come earlier. Even as a beginner, I was introduced to all the exercises extremely well and the community and the trainers immediately gave me the feeling that I was not only welcome, but that I belonged. I was picked up extremely well during the sessions and the endorphins that you release here after such an intensive workout are just awesome. Another big plus is the cleanliness and the top equipment of the box - I'm glad to have found it!
